    Pros:
    Cons:

"Excellent value for money- These games were ?15 each on steam. These versions of Batman are added to your steam library, rather than games for windows live, which is useful as all of the games are in the same place for when you upgrade to a new pc as when I attempted this with the GFWL edition that I had previously purchased (from different seller) it did not work which led me to purchasing this. As for the games themselves, they are quite simply some of the best games that I have played...

5 Star Rating An underrated entry in the Arkham series
By: Stevo, on August 19, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Not sure why this game is still looked upon as the poor relation in the Arkham series, as it's a pretty good game in its own right. Sure, it doesn't bring much new to the table following the original two games, but story wise I thought this was superior to Arkham City's Hugo Strange plotline (focusing as it does on Batman's early years, his first encounter with the Joker & the start of Joker's subsequent love/hate relationship with his nemesis). The 8 assassins out to get Batman on this snowy...

    Pros:
    Cons:

"Very good game, i previously reviewed this game giving it poor 2 star review because of warner bros laziness concering the game breaking glitches. Now dont get me wrong, the game still lags at times and framerate does freak out at times, but the corrupt save files, and complete system crashs seem to be gone now. Iv played through this game 3 times now ( one normal run, New game + and I am the night mode) and its very good. Roger craig smith and Troy Baker make a very good batman and joker the story is a...

3 Star Rating Polished and over-familiar.
By: Kirin No Koshin, on August 13, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Batman Arkham Knight is my third stab at Rocksteady’s Batman series, having completed Arkham Asylum and City. I enjoyed Asylum the most, it was a fresh experience that introduced the stealth, detective and choreographed combat gameplay the series is known for and nailed the feeling of being Batman. Arkham City was pretty much the same game spread over an entire city and where it gained in volume, scale and variety it lost out somewhat in focus, pacing and narrative.

    Arkham...

4 Star Rating A great game nearly on par with its predecessors
By: Nicholas Hook, on July 19, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Pro's: Amazingly created and re-imagined open world of Gotham city, where you will not be short of side missions and activities, which are all interwoven and relevant in some sense to the main story. As always, the story and dialogue is top quality with the return of Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill; the final sequence in particular of the main story is a brave, uncommon series of events unseen in an Arkham game, but pays off very well. The Batmobile is a brave addition to the Arkham series but...

5 Star Rating Batman Arkham Origins Nearly Complete Edition
By: Losinglemo, on June 2, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Now yes.. its not as good as Arkham Asylum or Arkham City and its glitches did have me screaming at the TV like a 9 year old COD player, but it is still a great game and I did love it. It doesn't really feel like part of the arkhamverse as despite being a Prequel Batman is better equipped and better suited that he is in Arkham Asylum which disappointed me a bit, i wanted a Year One Batman in pyjamas running about instead of Arkham Light (Yes a play on Arkham Knight) Batman running about looking...

    Pros:
    Cons:

"This edition is complete trash to any collector, why even bother re-releasing the game at all when the extra content is not on the disc, what a complete waste of energy, paper and plastic. You get codes on paper that you enter enabling you to download the extra content on to your hard drive, and when the codes are used all you have is the regular edition.

If you have the first release of this game, don't be tempted by this, for this version is a repackaging of the original version,...

By: Darius Elphick, on December 17, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"The game arrived promptly and in good condition, so no complaints there.

As for the game itself, it's a copy-paste of Arkham City which in itself was good but rather than an expansion this feels like a step back. Some problems that stand out with gameplay are a city design which makes it hard to remain airborne, free flow combat which doesn't flow fluidly as it did in previous instalments and repetitive side-missions. Also the story itself contains several major plot holes and it...

5 Star Rating Mario is great again..........or is it??????
By: Adrian, on December 10, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I've loved Mario games since super Mario 64 and super Mario 3d world is a great addition to the series, however I do not feel it's the best. Mario's moves are limited and most moves (like the triple jump) have been removed. I loved the galaxy games and sunshine and the Mario magic is still here just felt it could have been a little better. With that being said I have given this game full marks and that's because it's still an amazing game. The graphics and gameplay are superb. The soundtrack...

3 Star Rating Decent game, but disappointed overall
By: CJ, on December 4, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I've been a fan of the Batman games since the start, and felt Arkham City was an improvement on Arkham Asylum. You may therefore assume this would be a further improvement from Arkham City. Alas, you'd be wrong.

Having glanced over other reviews, much more detail would only be repetition, however I fully support those who have mentioned, aside from the annoyance of bugs, that it just doesn't seem to stack up against Arkham City.

Yes, there is new gear, and a large...

5 Star Rating Still a great game
    By: Matches_Malone, on November 25, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Most of the negative reviews about this game are more to do with technical issues relating to the install and / or STEAM (don't get me started).

The game itself is superb - the game play is slick much like the previous games and the enhancements to detective mode are excellent.

Still a great game, don't let the negative reviews put you off.

"The first two games in this series were probably the most exciting, fun and beautifully crafted games i've had the pleasure to play.
With Rocksteady handing over the reins I had my worries about the direction the game would take. Fortunately WBIE know a good thing when they see at and didn't meddle. But that decision comes with a downside, there is little innovation in this game compared to the previous episodes.

By: Michael Naughton, on October 29, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I have never been that bothered about writing a review for a game, I buy it and normally know what I'm in for. With this game it wasn't the case! It has absolute terrible game destroying glitches which for the life of me don't know how it weren't fixed in testing other than they wanted to rush the release of it to get it out in time before Xbox One/PS4. It freezes constantly, where the only thing you can do is reset your Xbox, and it happens (in my case) every hour. Which then after countless...

4 Star Rating Batman Origins; fans should not miss this remarkable prequel!
By: Dimitris, on October 25, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Batman Arkham Origins is not a game for haters. Period! From the very first moment that you read about it, buy it and start playing, you re aware that this is a game for people who like action games with super heroes, especially those with Batman. Batman AO is a prequel with some unique features and some other stuff that you may recognise from the series.

Usually, I m afraid of prequels, both in movies & games. Producers and developers have to give something more than a good story so...

5 Star Rating More Batman goodness.
    By: M. J. Sparkes, on October 25, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"First thing above all else, please ignore the raving of the reviewer named 'freedom of speech'. He is simply trying to ruin ratings for what is a very good game, giving it one star when he has not really played it.

Right, first things first. It is very similar to the other batman games, and considering it has not been done rock star but by WB. They have done a fantastic job, the graphics are clean, clear, suitably dark and Batman is edgy and moody as always. He has many gadgets and...

4 Star Rating Excellent game just not as polished at the previous two by rocksteady
    By: M. Lee, on October 25, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Have to admit I ordered the Collectors edition as I have for the previous versions. Just to say well worth the money as the figurine and extras are nicely made and presented.

Now onto the game itself, as this latest Batman game wasn't made by rocksteady I was prepared for a little disappointment. I can say that this game maintains batman's feel and game play but misses some of rocksteady's polish. The game has locked up a couple of times in my first 2 hours and the cut scenes jar a...

By: RohanVanSanden, on August 24, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Batman Arkham city is an awesome addition to the Arkham franchise. It has an incredible story with a set of side missions that are very fun to do. The game has an huge open world that allows you to glide though Arkham city and fight thugs. Also Arkham city carried over the riddler trophies from the last game. Batman also has a wide range of new gadgets that really help you with stealth and combat, unfortunately this game has no multiplayer but makes up for it with an incredible single player...

5 Star Rating BATMAN ARKHAM ASYLUM
By: Simon Broadley, on August 15, 2013
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Up until two years ago, my experience of computer games was limited to playing Asteroids and Pac-Man in pubs and chip shops in the Eighties. Then, with uncharacteristic good fortune, I won an XBOX in a competition. BATMAN ARKHAM ASYLUM was my first purchase and suddenly the world of gaming that I'd scorned for years opened up to me - and what a treasure trove it is. I've bought plenty of other games since, but nothing has come close to the exquisite pleasure of being Batman in this and the...

It is very detailed and if I have to say something bad about it, I simply cannot. A must have for every DC fan, adventure games fan, hell, every PS3 owner should have a copy of the game. As far as the GOTY edition goes, it gives access to:

"Well, I got this game today. Having played it previously on Xbox 360 I was a bit apprehensive about running it through again. But after slotting the disc into my shiny black Wii U I was pleasantly surprised by they way Nintendo has integrated the Game pad with the game. The Game pad is literally a mini bat computer.

One of the features that deserves a mention is the Detective mode which involves you moving the pad around the room your in to look around the room on the game...

5 Star Rating The Dark Knight rises!
By: Andrew Driscoll, on October 31, 2011
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I was a massive fan of the first Arkham game, Arkham Asylum, this caused me to have almost crippling anticipation that this would be a bigger and better version. Disappointed? I think not!

The story is set a short while after Arkham Asylum (the plot gap can be bridged with the Batman: Arkham City comic book series) where the badly damaged Asylum has had to be shut down, and a new Prison facility has been formed by sectioning off a large area of Gotham City and putting all the inmates...

"Now I played Arkham asylum about 7 times, then I got the Game of the Year. Played that another 7 times, and I loved every moment off all of it. So I had my doubts about this being any better. How wrong I was. The moment I gained controll, i knew this was groundbreaking! Everything about the game is perfect! the combat is great, the graphics spectatular, voice work magnificent, and the story is pure gold! The improvements over Arkham Asylum can be noticed almost instantly, with an improved...
