5 Star Rating Destiny Savings Must Read
    By: Jack-Lee Strössler, on October 19, 2016
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Very good, quick and simple ! Follow through the easy steps and boom sorted £10 cheaper ( U.K. PSN price ) than the PSN store's £24.99 and its offer price ( as previous for limited time ) was £19.99 or included on destiny's taken king edition.

Would defiantly recommend buying the game on here. I payed £5 ish and got it next day on prime. With this you'll pay £15 less on average than buying the taken king edition !

    Huge money saver !

5 Star Rating Great online game and multiplayers should love it too
By: Mr Karl Whelan, on May 4, 2016
    Pros:
    Cons:

"This was my 2nd purchase as the first disappeared in the post, still playing the game and am very glad i paid almost 50% less online as there are many in game purchases (sony store online) so it brings up the price a bit. Game is very good but you need a strong and stable broadband signal to play as it is an online game, if the signal is interrupted the game goes back to the title screen and you have to reload.

5 Star Rating Review from a Stormcaller
By: Dixie Nix, on March 11, 2016
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I am quite new to Destiny. I only started this when The Taken King was released so for me it was such good value for money. I can see why people who already paid for the base game and the two DLCs before taken King would be annoyed at paying full price for The Taken King as well. But I am lucky to not be one of those people. I have this game on my Xbox one. But I really wanted to play with online friends on my PS4 too, so I got this game again. I really do love this game, so playing through it...

4 Star Rating Very good value for money for a new console player.
    By: PSN/XBL Aquila1701, on January 6, 2016
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I can't really fault this newly packaged up version of Destiny having bought the original single Destiny release on PS4 for about ?10 on Amazon a few months back - just before the Taken King was released funnily enough. Sure enough I found there was then very little to offer in that features and content were limited once this was released and I didn't fancy paying ?40 for TTK to be able to access it. Fast forward a couple of months and I was bought an Xbox One by a wife who I'm starting to...

5 Star Rating Flawed yet compelling...
By: idoru, on December 30, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"As these reviews demonstrate, Destiny polarises opinion. The game is best viewed as a work in progress, that attempts (not always successfully) to blend a variety of game types in a mashup of first-person shooter and a loot-driven role-playing game like Diablo, with a clear nod to the esoteric online and narrative tropes of the Dark Souls series. As a shooter, the game is near flawless, with class-leading mechanics that deliver the long-standing Bungie goal of creating a loop of '30 seconds of...

4 Star Rating A good game with an excellent new online mode and very fun but not the best Halo campaign
By: Kevin Trebell, on November 27, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Halo 5 is The latest in the Halo series and what seems to be the middle part of a second trilogy.

As with all the Halos since Halo 2 there is a campaign which is available single player or online co-op (though sadly not local co-op) and a variety of online modes (including all the usual but with the inclusion of the excellent Warzone mode allowing for much more epic battles).

Visually the game looks good. It maintains a pretty steady 60 FPS making for a very smooth...

4 Star Rating Great game but to fully experience it play with some friends.
By: Amazon Customer, on November 23, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I was always hesitant on buying Destiny when it first released, even though I had been a long time fan of Bungie from the original Halo CE release. The game surprised me, the combat is fun and rewarding the loot system to begin with is much like Borderlands with the best drops coming from the enemies. The main campaign is hard to follow and not easy to grasp with many of the missions taking the same repetitive approach, becoming boring after a while (when played alone)
    However when played...

1 Star Rating idiotic accountant made this decision
By: JASON MOORE, on November 4, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Complete and utter rip off. Quarter of the content of the original year one game but the same price. TTK renders the original purchase and two year one DLC's obsolete so Bungie / Activision are trying to blackmail year one players in to spending another ?40 by locking out most of that content. Oh you can digitally download it for ?40 but it's $40 in the US so another rip off of UK gamers. And they provide more content for PS4. Which greedy, idiotic accountant made this decision. Don't buy. Wait...

4 Star Rating Back to basics and works better for it
By: Gareth Wilson - Falcata Times Blog, on October 4, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"OK, I fell out with Destiny with the last DLC, The House of Wolves. I felt cheated as you could play through the new content in less than a day, a lot of it was very repetitive (and when you found the safe corner for each scenario you could sail through) and all round left me wondering why the hell I’d paid for that.

So when I was offered The Taken King, I was prepared to give it a go but wasn’t really expecting too much and to be blunt, was expecting more of the same...

1 Star Rating ?160 for a game, mwah ha ha ha ha!
By: Pete, on September 27, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"I wrote a review for this game a year ago, but it was a very short and repetitive review; and it cost readers ?40 to read. I then updated it slightly and to read this version cost a further ?20. Not satisfied With this I rewrote my review and charged my readers another ?20. True, the review hadn't changed that much from the original but I now had gouged my readers for ?80 for one review with two updates. Realising my readers were suckers I decided to update the review again and this time charge...

1 Star Rating Destiny on 360 is broken.
By: Luke Williams, on September 23, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"Engrossing story for once, so many new quests to do, so much loot to get..

One problem- it doesn't work! Despite working fine until this expansion, I am kicked from Destiny every 5 minutes by a bewildering collection of errors. Bungie has an absolutely abysmal support system, with no direct means to file complaints or ask for tech support- only to post on their forums.

Until you publicly hear confirmation of the errors plaguing many 360 users by bungie (their forum is full...

    4 Star Rating Simply brilliant.
    By: Err1, on September 21, 2015
    Pros:
    Cons:

"This game comes with two DLC codes (a weapon pack code which is pretty much useless to those of high grades, and the other the code for the Taken King DLC) which you enter either on XBOX Live store, or (which is what I did) redeem in game when you select the Taken King map (and are then asked to enter the code to purchase etc). And once input, drop back to the main menu and go back in again.

Ok, the game.... The "campaign" is very short, and it won't take you long to finish...

3 Star Rating Great for New Players, Cash Grab for Yr 1 Adopters

    1. TTK has massively changed the game, almost the point where it is a completely different version to vanilla Destiny. The stat systems, the items, and the general dynamics of play have all changed for the better IMHO. New players who are seeking to invest in Destiny *now* have a lot of PVE content to...
