I tried to change it in Origin, it updates some files but no changes in-game. The cut-scenes are shot with real actors. That doesn't mean that they're good. Just flat and unfunny dialogues. The graphic is good but they've overdone it with the effects. If you run it in Ultra or High you feel like the police is in front of your face. That distracts quite a bit.
