"This game took me by surprise. Granted, it has a slow and awkward start, but you give it enough time and it will make things interesting and exciting. Bought this for about 4£ and it was well worth it.
The controls can seem stiff and unfamiliar early on, but you get used to it - or you can remap the keys.
The graphics are what you'd expect - nothing mind-blowing, but decent. The sound/music is however justified and well-paced. The story/plot - yeah...don't tag on that too much. More...

"Finally Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut has arrived on the PS3! Being such a big Twin Peaks and survival horror fan, this was the reason I bought an Xbox 360 2 years ago (as well as Alan Wake). In this game you take the role of special agent Francis York Morgan (just call him `York' - everybody does) who is sent to the sleepy American town of Greenvale to investigate the murder of Anna Graham. Whilst there, as well as the suspenseful investigation, you will meet a whole cast of quirky...

"Having never played the original games I didn't quite know what to expect. Must say I thoroughly enjoyed the games. Although the frame rate of the first game is pretty bad.

5 Star Rating The most beautiful, charming RPG I have ever played

"First off, a little background. Ni No Kuni is a JRPG (Japanese Role Playing Game) from Level 5, creators of the phenomenal Professor Layton series, the latest Dragon Quest games and many others, and Studio Ghibli, a world-renowned Japanese animation studio that has created countless wonderful and charming movies, even winning an Oscar. Naturally, a collaboration between the two could only be something special. And it most certainly is.

The most immediately striking feature of this...

"Last year I ordered this game for £40 to then find out it had been delayed for a year, A YEAR. So the time finally came to pre-order and to my surprise for £18 [practically]. My shock arrival of it's appearance the day of it's release when I didn't pay for first class! So, anyway onto the review.

If you don't have XBL don't buy this game.
